Our client is a company, responsible for preparing and carrying of a regular conferences, consisting of a set of meetings and events. The goal of the system is
- to allow participants to see the schedule of upcoming public and non public events and sign up for the meetings;
- to allow administrators to create the schedule of upcoming events and to confirm or not confirm users applications for participation in non public events; and
- to allow administrators to plan resources for events accordingly to the requirements of the particular case.
Our team was involved from the beginning of the development and currently we are in the process of beta testing of the system.
