Our customer provides cleaning services for offices and apartments in Moscow. The goal of e-commerce web site was
- to provide the ability for clients to register and apply for the services;
- to allow cleaners to get the appointments and to perform cleaning; and
- to allow the company to charge the clients by using previously registered in the system credit card.
Web site was created using Ruby on Rails framework, PostgreSQL database and Nginx web server. Our team also has provided integration with external credit cards processing system.
We have also performed integration of SMS notifications and implemented a simple registration for users, based only on a mobile phone number as user identity.
New web site has brought the flow of new clients for the customer so the investments in development was paid off in 2-3 months after its launching.
